This policy explains how TheForexScalper Pro collects and uses personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. This website has no accounts, no sign-up and no tracking of its own.

1. What we collect

What you send us: your name, email address, TradingView username and your country (optional) on the waitlist form, plus your phone number and messages if you give them. Waitlist answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets.
Payments: this website takes none today. If paid access opens here, payments will be processed by a payment gateway (such as Razorpay or PayPal), which receives your card, UPI or bank details directly, and we do not store them. If it opens on TradingView, TradingView handles billing.
Basic technical data created when you load this page, such as your IP address, which our hosting and security provider and Google Fonts may receive.

2. Why we use it

To reply to you and tell you when paid access opens on TradingView.
To keep records of waitlist sign-ups.
To send you notices and updates about paid access.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties and to prevent misuse or fraud.

3. Your consent

By sending us your details you agree that we may use them for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing may mean we can no longer provide access.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed: with TradingView to add your access (your username), with email and hosting providers such as Google and Cloudflare, and with authorities when the law requires it.

5. Storage outside India

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We choose providers with reasonable security practices.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your access is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep legal, tax and accounting records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure connections and two-step login on our accounts. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
Ask us to correct or complete your data, or to erase it where we no longer need it by law.
Ask for grievance redressal.
Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to act.

9. Children

TFS Pro is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies and links

This website sets no cookies of its own. It links to YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TradingView and Gmail, which have their own privacy policies.

11. Grievance contact

Grievance contact: [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. To use your rights, email [email protected] from the address you used with us.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest update.
